Our ever-expanding land use, development, and local government practice’s success is attributable to our extensive network of personal and professional relationships with clients who know we understand the community and how things work at the local level. Our practitioners represent private sector clients before municipal and county boards and commissions on a variety of zoning, permitting, and land use issues, as well as in administrative proceedings and hearings before other governmental bodies. In addition to our work representing private interests obtaining governmental approvals and permits, we are also regularly engaged to advise local governmental entities.
