Williams Parker recently published its fifth edition of “Requisite,” the firm’s thought-leadership publication offering insights on legal issues. The current edition focuses on international matters from multiple perspectives. The publication includes an interview with Allen Carlson, the outgoing CEO of Sun Hydraulics, a publicly held company and one of America’s most innovative manufacturers. It also includes articles on protecting intellectual property and minimizing taxes—two challenges facing every global company—as well as an article describing how the rapid rise in China’s middle class is fueling demand for US goods and services.
“The lawyers of Williams Parker have been helping clients navigate the complex rules governing residence, investment, and business—locally and globally—for decades,” says Ric Gregoria, president of Williams Parker. “This issue of ‘Requisite’ provides a small glimpse into our experience."
