Shareholder Presents at ABA Tax Section Meeting

E. John Wagner II, a shareholder with the law firm of Williams Parker, presented on a panel at the American Bar Association Tax Section meeting on May 9, 2015, in Washington, D.C. This meeting brought together the nation’s leading tax practitioners to discuss current issues, topics, and legislation. Mr. Wagner addressed “Deferred Sales Trusts” and other techniques to defer capital gains tax from business and real estate transactions.
