Williams Parker Shareholder Recognized for Community Service

October 1, 2013

Carol Ann Kalish, a shareholder with the law firm of Williams Parker, was recently recognized by the Sarasota County Bar Association for extraordinary service to the community. Some of these services include her long-time chairmanship of the Center for Building Hope, her family’s annual “Santa and his elves” Christmas-morning visit to the pediatric unit at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, as well as her Board service at St. Stephen’s Episcopal School, the Cotillion Club of Sarasota, and her support for the American Health Lawyers Association and the Health Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Ms. Kalish chairs the Williams Parker’s litigation practice and is a member of the firm’s health law group. Her practice is dedicated to the representation of hospitals, health care systems, physicians, and other health care providers.

Since 1925, Williams Parker has quietly provided legal services to Sarasota’s most discerning individuals, families, foundations, and companies.
