Lawrence and Troiano Named Shareholders

We are pleased to announce that Richard C. Lawrence and Jeffrey T. Troiano have been elected shareholders with the law firm of Williams Parker.

Mr. Lawrence is a board certified real estate attorney practicing in the areas of real estate and business transactions. He currently serves as Chair of Forty Carrots Family Center Board of Trustees.

Mr. Troiano practices in the areas of taxation, estate planning and in the administration of estates and trusts. Mr. Troiano was formerly a Certified Public Accountant and practiced with a world-wide accounting firm. His accounting background makes him uniquely qualified to assist with many of the issues that arise in the planning and administration arenas.
