Polk Receives Top Rating

We are pleased to announce that Bonnie L. Polk received an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Martindale-Hubbell is the facilitator of a peer review process that rates lawyers. Ratings reflect the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and the Judiciary. Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings fall into two categories – legal ability and general ethical standards. The AV Rating is the highest rating an attorney can receive.
Ms. Polk practices primarily in the Firm’s litigation section, representing clients involved in probate and trust, real estate and corporate disputes. She also represents financial services industry clients in stored value card regulation, licensing and contract negotiations.
