Williams Parker Expands International Reach Through Ally Law Growth

March 29, 2017

Williams Parker is pleased to announce it has expanded its international reach through the addition of two new member firms to Ally Law, a global network of law firms. This network has more than 60 member firms in over 40 countries and provides a practical way for companies outside the Fortune 500 to connect with global markets. Ally Law recently expanded its network to include Alerion Avocats, a 65-lawyer firm in Paris, and Officium Lex Lau Abogados in Panama City, Panama.

From the complexities of expansion into foreign markets, interpreting international tax treaties, international litigation and arbitration, mergers and acquisitions involving non-U.S. entities, and joint manufacturing or distribution arrangements with non-U.S. entities, to labor and employment matters outside of the United States, Williams Parker works regularly with Ally Law attorneys to address clients’ needs outside of the region.
