Shareholder is Panelist at ABA Tax Meeting

E. John Wagner, II, a shareholder with the law firm of Williams Parker, was a panelist at the American Bar Association Tax Section Midyear meeting on January 30, 2016, in Los Angeles, CA. The panel discussed commercial real estate lease income tax planning opportunities. The meeting brought together the nation’s leading tax practitioners to discuss current issues, topics, and legislation.

Mr. Wagner is a board certified tax attorney and chairs the firm’s Corporate and Tax practices. He represents executives, entrepreneurs, and real estate investors in tax, transactional, capital raising, estate planning, and estate administration matters.
