Williams Parker Attorneys Present at ABA Meeting in Phoenix

E. John Wagner and Carol L. Myers presented at the American Bar Association Section of Taxation Meeting in Phoenix, Arizona on January 24, 2014. Mr. Wagner gave a presentation on “Real Estate Income Tax Current Events,” and Ms. Myers presented on two topics, “Benefit Plans and Private Equity Funds: Problems at the Intersection” and “Proposals for Guidance on Open MEPs.”
