Kim Joins Williams Parker

We are pleased to announce that Edward K. Kim has joined the Firm. Mr. Kim focuses his practice in the area of ERISA, Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation. Prior to joining Williams Parker, Mr. Kim worked at a major financial institution as in-house benefits counsel, the New York office of a large international law firm and private practice. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings, where he was a member of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the study of Jurisprudence.
