TRAFFIC UPDATE - ROUNDABOUT CONSTRUCTION
Please be advised on November 27, the City of Sarasota commenced construction on a traffic circle/roundabout at the intersection of Ringling Boulevard and Orange Avenue. The intersection is expected to be closed until May 2018.
The closure of the intersection at Orange Avenue and Ringling Boulevard affects routes to our office from points north, west, and east. Access from points south of our office is not affected. Orange Avenue from Mound Street is open to our front parking lot.

From Main Street and Orange Avenue
Travel west on Main Street to S. Pineapple Avenue and go south to the first traffic circle, take Cross Street east (between Hancock Bank and Nancy’s Bar-B-Q) and follow signs for client parking. To return to Main Street and Orange Avenue, take Orange Avenue south, go west on Dolphin Street, and north on S. Pineapple Avenue to Main Street and go east to Orange Avenue.
From US 41
Travel east on Ringling Boulevard to the second traffic circle, take Cross Street east (between Hancock Bank and Nancy’s Bar-B-Q) and follow signs for client parking. To return to US 41, take Orange Avenue south, go west on Dolphin Street, go north on S. Pineapple Avenue to the first traffic circle, and go west on Ringling Boulevard.
From US 301 or S. Osprey Avenue
Take Morrill Street west to Orange Avenue. Morrill Street is located two blocks south of Ringling Boulevard. A UPS Store and PPG Paint are on the corner of US 301 and Morrill Street. Morrill Street is one way (east to west). To return to Osprey Avenue or US 301, take Orange Avenue south to Laurel Street and travel east.
Parking is available in our front parking lot (facing Orange Avenue). And client-reserved parking is available on the south side of Cross Street (one way, west to east) directly across from our office (marked with a sign). Also, two-hour street parking is available on both sides of Cross Street.
