New Lawyers

Our firm provides new attorneys with both structured and informal training in the areas of legal work, business development, general production, professional development, and firm integration. We offer individual mentorship and a team-based approach to help attorneys grow and develop professionally in their careers. We strive to provide timely feedback and evaluation so that you can build on successes.

As a new lawyer, you will be automatically enrolled in our Leadership Exploration and Development program, with instant access to ongoing training workshops and development resources. We also work closely with you to fully integrate you into the firm and the community. We use our leadership in community organizations and our network of contacts to assist you in becoming involved in our community and building your reputation as a dependable leader.

At Williams Parker you are never left to fend for yourself. We practice in a team approach, and you will be an integral part of our client and practice group teams. You will receive more responsibility and client interaction than many of your peers at other firms, but it will be done within a context of support and coaching.
