Sue also handles estate administrations. She has considerable experience in preparing 706 estate tax returns, administering trusts and estates consisting of closely-held businesses, and implementing complex post-mortem planning techniques.
Sue has developed a niche practice representing foreign clients with respect to their U.S. estate and gift tax planning. She handles estate administrations for foreign clients with U.S. interests and prepares 706NA estate tax returns for foreign decedents.
Sue has extensive experience establishing and working with private family foundations.
Sue joined the firm in 1993 immediately after receiving her LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida.
