Daniel focuses on taxation, estate planning, and estate and trust administration.
He represents clients in estate planning and probate matters, as well as related tax and business planning, including the representation of taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Daniel’s prior experience includes advising clients on international tax planning and controversy-related matters, including inbound and outbound transactions, international estate planning, cross-border business transactions, and disclosure of foreign accounts.
He previously traveled to Zurich, Switzerland to assist in the representation of Swiss banks entering the U.S. Department of Justice Program for Non-Prosecution Agreements or Non-Target Letters for Swiss Banks.
